#30 AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING UNNECESSARY NOISE BY DOGS

Be it ordained by the Council of the Village of Beech Bottom, that it shall be unlawful for any person to own, keep or harbor any dog blown by such person, or which in the exercise of due diligence should be known, licensed or unlicensed to bark for sustained frequent periods of time in disturbance of the peace.
